Return & Refund Policy For PadPace 

At PadPace, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the PadPace Walking Pad. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it.
  • Be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  2. Returns must be sent to the following address:

  3. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
  4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All our products are eligible for returns as long as they meet the conditions and timeframes specified above.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order. This ensures you receive the item you need as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
